3 Easy Steps to Better Sleep


A good night's rest is crucial to a productive day. Unfortunately , most people don't get enough of it. Luckily, getting some good ZZZ's is easier than you may think. Here are 3 easy steps that you can incorporate into your nighttime routine tonight!

1. Sleep usually begins when body temperature begins to lower. In order to aid the natural process,  adjust the room temperature to be slightly cooler than normal yet still comfortable. The goal is to remain comfortable throughout the night, even under bedsheets.
